Job description
The Construction Manager will oversee the strategic planning, scheduling, and implementation of capital projects within the organization’s residential and commercial assets. This role involves managing procurement processes, ensuring adherence to quality and compliance standards, and collaborating with stakeholders to uphold building safety and operational efficiency. Applicants should possess a bachelor’s degree in a related discipline along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in construction, rehabilitation, or asset development. Comprehensive knowledge of building regulations, various construction trades, and project management systems is essential.
