**Job Title: Construction Manager**
The Construction Manager is responsible for the comprehensive execution of data center projects located on campus, handling aspects such as budget management, procurement processes, and vendor supervision. This role ensures that all construction functions comply with safety regulations, adhere to project timelines, and meet technical specifications while promoting teamwork among internal engineering and operations teams. Applicants must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Project Management, Architecture, or Engineering, and have a minimum of 10 years of applicable experience. Additionally, candidates should be able to successfully complete specialized Microsoft Cloud background checks and uphold compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
