Job description
**Job Title: Engineering Team Lead**
Guide engineering teams in the development and implementation of secure, scalable automation and response solutions within both cloud and enterprise settings. Manage feature planning, ensure readiness for releases, oversee production operations, and foster a culture of high accountability within the engineering team. Applicants should possess a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, alongside a minimum of 12 years of software engineering experience. Additionally, candidates must have at least 5 years of experience in an engineering management role, specifically within cloud, enterprise, or security contexts.
