**Job Title: Construction Project Manager**
The Construction Project Manager leads residential projects focused on energy efficiency and electrification retrofitting, guiding them from the initial planning stages to final execution. This role entails managing relationships with contractors, ensuring all regulatory standards are met, and facilitating effective communication among all parties involved in the project. Applicants should possess a bachelor’s degree or relevant experience along with a minimum of 5 years in construction management or similar disciplines. A valid driver’s license is necessary, as is the willingness to travel across Southern California.
