**Job Title: Superintendent**
The Superintendent will oversee and direct all on-site construction operations for a significant multifamily development, encompassing financial management, scheduling, and operational performance. This role includes supervising subcontractors, ensuring adherence to safety standards, and facilitating effective communication among all project participants. Applicants should possess at least 5 years of experience in new construction, specifically in wood-frame commercial projects, ideally in the multifamily sector. Candidates must be skilled in using construction management tools such as Procore and Microsoft Project and hold a valid driver’s license.
