Job description
**Job Title: RAN Engineer (4G/5G)**
In this position, you will be responsible for ensuring the operational efficiency and regulatory compliance of 4G and 5G RAN products. This includes diagnosing issues, fine-tuning parameters, and performing technical analyses. You will facilitate technical discussions with client organizations and work closely with cross-functional teams to address deployment and performance challenges. Candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree in a pertinent engineering or computer science discipline and have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in 4G/5G call processing, 3GPP RAN architecture, and system engineering tasks such as performance analysis and issue resolution is essential.
