Job Summary
The Construction Supervisor will oversee and manage construction projects within the Austin, Texas area. This role involves ensuring that projects are completed on time, adhere to safety regulations, and meet the quality standards set by the company. The Construction Supervisor will act as a key liaison between the project teams, subcontractors, and clients to facilitate smooth operations.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily construction activities and ensure project milestones are met.
- Monitor site safety practices and enforce compliance with all safety regulations.
- Manage subcontractors and ensure quality standards are upheld.
- Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates and address concerns.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports and schedules.
- Lead and mentor on-site teams to promote effective teamwork and productivity.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in construction management or a supervisory role.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, safety, and quality standards.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to solve problems and make decisions under pressure.
- Familiarity with construction software and project management tools is a plus.
