Job description
The Construction Supervisor will oversee field teams involved in fiber, aerial, and underground broadband initiatives, prioritizing safety, quality, and budget compliance. This role includes monitoring project advancements, overseeing equipment management, and fostering clear communication with both internal teams and external partners. Applicants should possess a minimum of 2 years of leadership experience in outside plant (OSP), fiber, or utility construction. A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and excellent organizational abilities are essential.
