Job description
The role involves conducting site preparation, setting up homes, and completing construction tasks for both manufactured and modular residences. Responsibilities include operating heavy equipment and supporting various skilled trades such as plumbing, carpentry, and outdoor installations. Applicants should have practical experience in construction or related skilled trades. Heavy equipment operators are expected to have in-depth expertise in excavation and grading, and certain positions will require holding a valid CDL.
