**Job Title: Contact Center Officer**
The Contact Center Officer is responsible for delivering outstanding service by overseeing member accounts, executing transactions, and addressing inquiries through phone, email, and chat. This role includes engaging in needs-based discussions to suggest financial solutions, processing loan applications, and offering technical support related to digital banking services. Applicants should possess an associate degree in a business-related discipline or have equivalent experience in finance, alongside 2-4 years of experience in customer service and the financial sector. Strong communication abilities, keen attention to detail, and the flexibility to work various shifts, including Saturdays, are essential.
