Job description
The Welding Supervisor will oversee daily activities, guide team members, and ensure that production timelines are achieved while upholding stringent safety and quality benchmarks. This role will also promote lean manufacturing strategies and manage equipment upkeep to enhance departmental efficiency. Applicants should possess a minimum of three years of welding experience along with a solid track record in manufacturing leadership or supervisory roles. Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in interpreting technical drawings and have a comprehensive understanding of lean manufacturing principles.
