**Contracting Specialist**
The Contracting Specialist oversees procurement and acquisition processes for design and construction initiatives, guiding these projects through all phases of their lifecycle. This role involves ensuring adherence to regulations, executing market analysis, carrying out cost assessments, and negotiating contract changes with diverse stakeholders. Applicants should hold a bachelor’s degree with a designated number of credit hours in business or related disciplines, along with a minimum of 2 years of professional experience in procurement. Additionally, an active Secret security clearance and U.S. citizenship are mandatory for this position.
