Additionally, they are responsible for informing clients about insurance policies, finalizing sales, and nurturing robust, long-term relationships with clients. Applicants should have or be prepared to acquire an insurance license and exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. A proactive, goal-oriented approach and fundamental computer skills for managing CRM systems are essential as well.
