Job description
**Controller**
The Controller acts as a key senior financial leader, ensuring the accuracy of financial statements, maintaining robust internal controls, and overseeing accounting functions within the Hydronics business portfolio. This position entails providing strategic oversight for both manufacturing and commercial accounting while collaborating with leadership to enhance financial performance and operational efficiencies. Ideal candidates will possess over 10 years of advancing experience in accounting and finance, with at least five years in a leadership capacity in a manufacturing setting. A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is essential, while a CPA or Master’s degree is highly preferred.
