Job Summary
This position involves the manual application of paint to components passing through the powder coating booth, ensuring adherence to the company’s quality standards. The role requires effective operation of all features of the Nordson paint booth while maintaining the production rate throughout the work shift.
Responsibilities
- Manually apply paint to items as they traverse the powder coat booth.
- Operate the Nordson paint booth efficiently and effectively.
- Maintain consistent production levels throughout the shift.
- Adhere to quality standards set by the company.
Qualifications
- Prior experience with powder coating is preferred.
- Ability to stand for extended periods while painting.
- Capable of lifting weights up to 50 pounds.
- Basic computer skills are required.
- Ability to interpret technical prints.
- A high school diploma or GED is preferred.
