Job description
The cook will be tasked with creating healthy meals based on established menus while supervising kitchen personnel. Responsibilities include upholding kitchen sanitation, overseeing inventory management, and adhering to food safety and quality regulations. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or equivalent, with culinary training considered an asset. A minimum of two years of experience in institutional food service and a valid ServSafe certification are strongly preferred.
