Coordinator, Bereavement and Volunteer

The coordinator oversees the hospice volunteer initiative, which encompasses the recruitment of volunteers, onboarding processes, and the pairing of volunteers with patients. This role also includes offering bereavement services and social work aid to both patients and their families as part of a multidisciplinary team. Applicants are required to possess a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work and a Licensed Master of Social Work (LMSW) license. A minimum of one year’s experience in hospice or home care settings, along with supervisory experience, is highly desirable.
