**Job Title: Coordinator**
The coordinator plays a vital role in implementing merchandising standards, managing truck deliveries, and facilitating the effective distribution of products onto the sales floor. This position also involves training and guiding associates, upholding store cleanliness, and delivering a superior customer experience. Applicants should possess a minimum of 1 year of retail experience along with 6 months in a leadership capacity. The role necessitates a flexible schedule, including availability for nights and weekends, as well as the physical strength to lift heavy items.
