Job description
The Practice Lead will provide guidance and mentorship to a team of engineers and planners, steering both business development and the technical vision of the firm. This role entails taking charge of significant transportation planning and engineering projects, ensuring they meet both financial benchmarks and quality standards. Applicants should possess over 15 years of experience in transportation engineering and multimodal planning, demonstrating a solid history of leadership. While a Professional Engineer (PE) license is preferred, individuals should also exhibit exceptional strategic thinking and communication abilities.
