This role entails taking charge of significant transportation planning and engineering projects, ensuring they meet both financial benchmarks and quality standards. Applicants should possess over 15 years of experience in transportation engineering and multimodal planning, demonstrating a solid history of leadership. While a Professional Engineer (PE) license is preferred, individuals should also exhibit exceptional strategic thinking and communication abilities.
