The Practice Lead will oversee and mentor a team of engineers and planners, steering both business development and the technical trajectory of the firm. In addition, this individual will take on the role of project leader for significant transportation planning and engineering initiatives, ensuring successful project outcomes and high levels of client satisfaction. Applicants should possess more than 15 years of experience in transportation engineering and multimodal planning, demonstrating strong leadership capabilities. A Professional Engineer (PE) license is desirable, along with exceptional strategic thinking and business development expertise.
