Corporate Specifications Coordinator
12-Month Contract
Mason, OH (Hybrid – Part Time)
$35-45 /hr.
Key Responsibilities of the Corporate Specifications Coordinator:
- Publish specifications and associated documents in line with established protocols and necessary electronic publishing standards.
- Conduct quality assurance checks on documents, effectively communicating any issues found and coordinating resolutions.
- Assist with daily departmental activities to facilitate the timely completion of required documentation.
- Offer support to Packaging Engineers across various platforms, especially in relation to specifications and standards.
- Create and adjust specifications and standards as required.
- Monitor updates and devise a reporting system for the department; assist in the transformation of documents into new products and manage changes in Packaging Artwork through the ePADEx system; provide SAP support.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding and uphold knowledge of standard operating procedures (SOPs), relevant regulations, policies, and guidance documents, while potentially managing additional projects and responsibilities as needed.
Qualifications for the Corporate Specifications Coordinator:
- Experience as an originator in the Enovia system, specifically in creating Packaging specifications within the Enovia Digital System.
- A four-year degree is not mandatory, but a minimum of one year of experience in developing packaging specifications is required.
- Preference for candidates with knowledge of the company’s day-to-day operations and laboratory testing processes (including SMART clearances, ILST digitization, and packaging lab tasks when necessary).
- Proficient in Office Software: Word, Excel, TOPS, PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with general office practices is essential.
- Able to quickly type documents in a professional business style on a computer; should be adept in various word processing functions such as creation, formatting, editing, retrieval, and storage of documents. Good aptitude for math and typing is essential, alongside strong grammar, spelling, and punctuation skills.
- Capable of working efficiently and accurately on repetitive tasks.
- Detail-oriented with excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Skilled in managing a diverse range of simultaneous projects and adapting to workflow demands.
- Able to collaborate effectively with Art, SGS, Regulatory, QA, and MPD teams involved in the same projects.
