Job Summary
The Sr. Finance Analyst will play a crucial role in providing financial insights and support to enhance the organization’s financial efficiency. This position involves analyzing financial data, preparing forecasts, and assisting in budgeting processes to drive strategic decision-making within the company.
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends and variances.
- Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations for stakeholders.
- Assist in the budgeting and forecasting processes to meet organizational goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial planning initiatives.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of financial strategies and make recommendations for improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; a Master’s degree or professional certification is preferred.
- Proven experience in financial analysis or related roles, typically 5+ years.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and reporting.
- Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
