Job description
The Cost Controller plays a vital role in overseeing financial management, preparing month-end reports, and conducting cost analysis for the manufacturing facility in Decatur. This position involves working closely with plant leadership to track budgets, oversee inventory costing, and facilitate process enhancement efforts. Applicants must possess a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, or Finance, along with a minimum of 3 years of accounting experience, ideally within a manufacturing setting. Candidates should also have a strong command of ERP systems, such as SAP, as well as advanced proficiency in Excel.
