**Cost Manager**
The Cost Manager will be in charge of supervising construction cost services, which encompass creating project estimates, directing bid processes, and engaging in value engineering efforts. This role also involves responsibilities such as cost reporting, overseeing payment applications, and handling the final accounting and close-out procedures for major data center initiatives. Applicants should possess a bachelor’s degree in construction management, quantity surveying, or a similar discipline. A requisite of 3-5 years of pertinent cost management experience within the construction sector is necessary, with a preference for candidates who have experience in construction consultancy.
