**VP, Senior Data Scientist**
The VP, Senior Data Scientist collaborates with marketing and business executives to create predictive models and analytical frameworks that enhance customer growth and maximize marketing ROI. Key responsibilities include designing A/B testing protocols, managing model governance, and conveying complex analytical findings to executive leadership. Applicants should possess a bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline and have a minimum of 5 years of experience in data science or predictive analytics. Essential skills include proficiency in Python, SQL, and contemporary data platforms such as Databricks, along with a strong understanding of business dynamics and excellent communication abilities.
