**Job Title: Counselor**
The role of the counselor involves evaluating, diagnosing, and providing treatment for children and adolescents experiencing mental, social, or emotional challenges as part of a collaborative interdisciplinary team. Key responsibilities encompass creating individualized treatment plans, facilitating patient care coordination, and offering guidance to families regarding behavioral reactions and developmental stages. Applicants are required to possess a bachelor’s degree in psychology alongside a graduate degree in clinical or child psychology, or alternatively, a master’s degree in counseling or social work. A professional license as an LPC, LCPC, or LCSW is essential for practice.
