Job description
The General Grounds Person plays a crucial role in upkeeping the golf course and surrounding club areas by engaging in daily tasks such as mowing, raking, and managing irrigation systems. This position also involves aiding in course preparations, implementing cultural practices like aeration, and maintaining the overall landscape. Applicants should possess a robust work ethic, maintain a positive demeanor, and be capable of performing physical tasks, including the ability to lift 50 pounds. A valid driver’s license is mandatory, and while prior experience in golf course maintenance or landscaping is advantageous, it is not essential.
