**CQI/UR Manager**
The CQI/UR Manager is responsible for overseeing activities related to quality improvement and utilization review, ensuring that clinical documentation adheres to both regulatory guidelines and billing requirements. This role involves analyzing performance metrics, supporting the operations of electronic health records, and advising staff on compliance and agency protocols. Candidates should have a Master’s degree and a valid LCSW or LCPC license, fulfilling the criteria for a Qualified Mental Health Professional. Strong skills in analysis, organization, and communication are essential, along with a background in electronic health record systems.
