Job Summary
The Crew Chief plays a crucial role in leading a team to ensure the successful and efficient operation of projects, overseeing crew members and managing activities on-site while maintaining safety standards and quality control.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate crew members’ activities.
- Ensure all safety protocols are adhered to during operations.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure smooth workflow.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary.
- Provide training and guidance to crew members.

- Proven experience in a leadership role within a crew environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth understanding of safety regulations and procedures.
