The Senior Principal Test Conductor will oversee mission planning for developmental flight tests and will manage the execution both before and after missions. This role requires collaboration with maintenance, design, and testing teams to facilitate integration lab operations and ensure that test specifications are fulfilled. Applicants should possess a high school diploma along with 13 years of relevant experience, a bachelor’s degree with 8 years of experience, or advanced degrees with equivalent experience. A current US Government Top Secret clearance is mandatory for this position.
