**Job Title: Crisis Response Counselor**
The Crisis Response Counselor is responsible for delivering mobile assessments focused on an individual’s strengths and providing immediate support to youth facing psychiatric crises in their home or community settings. This role involves working alongside families and community organizations to create stabilization strategies and ensure continuity of care until permanent treatment solutions are in place. Candidates must possess a Master’s degree in a social services field or be actively pursuing a relevant graduate degree. Additionally, a valid driver’s license, dependable transportation, and proof of insurance are essential for this community-oriented position.
