This role involves working alongside families and community organizations to create stabilization strategies and ensure continuity of care until permanent treatment solutions are in place. Candidates must possess a Master’s degree in a social services field or be actively pursuing a relevant graduate degree. Additionally, a valid driver’s license, dependable transportation, and proof of insurance are essential for this community-oriented position.
