Job Title: Medical Social Worker
In this role, you will evaluate, advise, and guide patients with intricate medical needs by creating tailored treatment strategies. You will assist patients in adapting to their disabilities, connecting them with necessary resources, and promoting behavioral changes within their home and community environments. A Master’s degree in Social Work along with a current state LCSW license is required. Ideal candidates will demonstrate strong skills in planning, organization, written communication, and interpersonal interactions.
