Job Summary
The CRM Applications Analyst will play a crucial role in the configuration and support of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform solutions to align with the needs of the business. This position involves collaboration with various stakeholders to evaluate processes, handle application backlogs, and facilitate the successful adoption of systems via comprehensive testing and training initiatives.

- Support and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform solutions.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree is required.
- 3-5 years of experience in functional or business systems analysis.
- Proficient in Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Experience with Agile delivery models is essential.
