The Culinary Manager is responsible for supervising all aspects of kitchen operations, guaranteeing exceptional quality in food preparation and presentation while upholding rigorous safety and sanitation standards. This position includes inspiring and guiding the kitchen team to deliver outstanding food service and create a welcoming environment for residents. Applicants should possess a minimum of one year of experience in a Culinary Manager role and a valid ServSafe Manager’s Food Safety Certificate. Additionally, certification from a Dietary Manager Course or an associate’s degree in culinary or hospitality management is mandatory.
