Job description
**Job Title: Pediatric Home Healthcare Nursing**
Deliver personalized, direct medical services to pediatric patients in their home environment, following a currently established care plan. Perform continuous assessments of patients, administer prescribed medications, and guide family members in clinical care practices to achieve favorable health results. Applicants must possess a valid RN or LPN/LVN license. This position necessitates the capability to provide care within a client’s residence and to communicate effectively with the family members.
