Job description
The Curriculum Specialist will play a key role in facilitating the rollout of the L.E.A.P. curriculum while offering guidance to educators to enhance the quality of classroom experiences. Additionally, this position involves stepping into classrooms when necessary to offer teaching assistance and ensure adherence to state licensing standards. Applicants are required to possess a Massachusetts EEC Teacher Certification, along with prior experience in a licensed childcare or preschool environment. A solid understanding of developmentally appropriate practices and the capability to mentor fellow educators are vital attributes for this position.
