**Job Title: Trainer**
The Trainer plays a crucial role in conducting orientation sessions for new employees and providing training programs in both in-person and online formats. This position also involves overseeing the Learning Management System and developing tailored training resources to boost team effectiveness. Candidates should possess a minimum of one year of experience in training or facilitation along with a high school diploma or GED. Additionally, applicants must be at least 21 years of age and eligible to acquire a Gaming License from the Tribal Gaming Commission.
