**Job Title: Customer Service Representative**
The Customer Service Representative serves as the main liaison for customers, handling inquiries and providing assistance to the sales team with order management and relationship building. This role involves working closely with various internal teams to guarantee the precise distribution of products and to keep customer records current in Salesforce. Applicants should possess a High School Diploma or GED, along with a minimum of two years of related experience. Ideal candidates will have a background in account management, order entry, SAP, and medical billing.
