**Job Title: Customer Service Representative**
The Customer Service Representative plays a vital role in offering assistance to customers and managing facility operations at different community centers. This includes evaluating client needs and directing them to the appropriate resources. Additionally, the representative must be alert to emergency situations and take appropriate action within the facilities. Candidates should possess a high school diploma or GED, along with some background in administrative support. Alternatively, relevant college coursework can be considered in place of the required experience.
