Customer Service Representative
$20-$25/HR – Part Time
Brooklyn, OH (Remote) We are seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team on a temporary  contract, with the potential to transition to a permanent role based on performance and business needs. This position focuses on order management, troubleshooting customer issues, and navigating internal systems to ensure accurate and efficient support. Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately enter, process, and track customer orders.
  • Troubleshoot product, order, or service-related issues and provide timely resolutions.
  • Navigate and update internal systems to maintain accurate customer and order information.
  • Communicate with customers via phone, email, or other channels in a professional and solutions-focused manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve escalations or complex issues.
  • Maintain service quality standards and ensure all tasks are completed within required timelines.

Qualifications:

  • Previous customer service or order management experience preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Comfortable working in multiple internal systems and learning new software quickly.
  • Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks at once.
