**Job Title: Customer Service Representative**
As the main contact for incoming patient inquiries, the Customer Service Representative is responsible for ensuring prompt resolution of questions and thorough record-keeping. This role also involves aiding in the intake procedures, updating patient information, and providing support for administrative duties to uphold smooth operational workflows. Applicants should possess a High School Diploma or GED and have at least three years of pertinent experience. Strong computer skills, excellent verbal communication abilities, and familiarity with insurance policies or Durable Medical Equipment (DME) are highly desirable.
