In this role, you will handle customer inquiries related to billing, policy updates, and provide personalized coverage suggestions. The position emphasizes addressing customer issues and recognizing opportunities for cross-selling to deliver an exceptional service experience. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or GED, alongside a minimum of one year of experience in a customer-facing role. Preference will be given to candidates who have experience in a call center environment and hold an active Personal Lines or Property & Casualty insurance license.
