Job description
The Customer Service Representative will be part of the BankCard team, focused on offering assistance and addressing customer questions. This position entails resolving issues, determining underlying causes, and effectively handling various responsibilities within a professional banking setting. Applicants need to possess a high school diploma or equivalent, along with a minimum of one year of customer service experience, ideally from a call center environment. Competence in Microsoft 365, a typing speed of at least 35 words per minute, and the capability to use standard office equipment are essential requirements.
