Job description
**Property Manager**
The Property Manager is tasked with evaluating customer storage requirements, retailing packing materials, and ensuring the facility is well-maintained through regular inspections and cleanliness efforts. Additionally, this role involves financial responsibilities, including auditing cash registers, processing bank deposits, and overseeing customer payment collections. Applicants must possess a valid driver’s license and have their own transportation to travel between various work sites. The position also demands the physical capability to lift items weighing up to 35 pounds and to carry out outdoor maintenance duties.
