Job description
The Property Manager oversees the evaluation of customer storage requirements, promotes and sells supplies, and ensures the storage facility remains clean and secure. This role also involves various administrative responsibilities including cash drawer audits, processing bank deposits, and organizing customer payment collections. Ideal candidates will possess experience in customer-oriented sales roles, particularly in retail or dining establishments. Additionally, the position demands physical capability to lift weights up to 35 pounds and carry out outdoor maintenance activities.
