The Property Manager plays a pivotal role in evaluating customer storage requirements, promoting supplies, and ensuring the upkeep of the facility through regular inspections and cleaning routines. This position also entails overseeing daily administrative responsibilities, which include auditing cash drawers, executing bank deposits, and managing customer payment collections. Applicants should possess a valid driver’s license and have their own vehicle for commuting between different work sites. Additionally, the role demands the physical capability to lift items weighing up to 35 pounds and carry out maintenance activities in both indoor and outdoor settings.
