Job description
The Property Manager plays a crucial role in evaluating customers’ storage requirements, selling necessary supplies, and ensuring the facility is clean and secure. In addition, they are responsible for various daily administrative functions, including auditing cash drawers, processing bank deposits, and overseeing customer payments. Applicants should possess a valid driver’s license and have their own vehicle for commuting between locations. The position also necessitates the physical capacity to lift weights of up to 35 pounds and complete outdoor maintenance activities.
