**Property Manager**
The Property Manager plays a crucial role in evaluating customer storage requirements, promoting and selling supplies, and ensuring that various storage facilities are clean and secure. This position also involves undertaking daily administrative responsibilities, including cash drawer audits, processing bank deposits, and handling customer payments. Applicants must possess a valid driver’s license and have their own vehicle for traveling between locations. Additionally, the role necessitates the physical capacity to lift items weighing up to 35 pounds and engage in manual tasks, such as cleaning and maintaining outdoor areas.
