**Customer Service Specialist**
The Customer Service Specialist serves as a key point of contact between the organization and its clientele, overseeing order processing, coordinating shipments, and resolving any issues that may arise. This position also entails providing administrative support to the sales teams, generating reports, and ensuring adherence to export and food safety regulations. Ideal candidates will possess a background in customer service, sales support, or order management, coupled with excellent communication and organizational abilities. Familiarity with ERP systems and Microsoft Office is essential, with a strong preference for experience in export documentation and international shipping processes.
