Job description
The Cruise Travel Specialist is tasked with suggesting cruise lines and itineraries while managing all elements of client travel, from flights to excursions. This role involves monitoring current promotions and maintaining an expert understanding of cruise offerings to ensure exceptional service. Ideal candidates will possess a thorough knowledge of both ocean and river cruise alternatives and demonstrate the capability to work autonomously. Previous experience in cruise booking or sales is advantageous, alongside strong customer service and upselling abilities.
