Job Title: Patient Observer
Responsibilities include consistently monitoring designated patients to maintain their safety and redirect potentially harmful behaviors. This role involves collaborating with nursing staff to communicate patient conditions and offering assistance with fundamental daily living activities when necessary. Candidates must possess strong communication skills and be able to undertake tasks that involve extended periods of sitting, standing, and walking. A Texas CNA certification is highly desirable for this position.
